DLA and DoD channels surface the requirement. We qualify NSN, quantity, ship-to, and date against what domestic plants can actually make.

Lock the source
A U.S. manufacturer or authorized distributor is confirmed. Spec, certs, and lead time are agreed before fulfillment is arranged.

Arrange fulfillment
Packaging and fulfillment are coordinated to ship to the requiring activity. AFI coordinates. We do not touch the freight.

Close the record
Documentation, invoice, and delivery confirmation. The file is as important as the part.
